Package Units

Units on roof that have both heating and a/c. It could be refrigerant based heating or natural gas heating and a/c refrigerant. 

Split Systems

A split system is an air cooling or heating installation made up of at least two individual units. One unit is located outside and one is located inside. Together these minimum of two units can cool a modern home in virtually any temperature conditions. 

Condensers HP

This unit is outside on ground and provides heating and a/c unit gets used for winter & summer. 

  • Condensers Straight Cool

    Unit usually is located outside on ground and only provides a/c unit only gets used in the summer.

  • Hydronic Air Handlers

    These indoor air handlers could be inside the property in the ceiling, wall or sometimes in the attic. Unit uses hot water from the water heater to perform heating to the home.

  • Inside/Outside

    Inside refers to indoor furnace, evaporator coil, air handlers, these can be located in the attic, ceiling or wall mounted. Outside could be condenser outside on ground or outside on the roof.

  • Compressor Residential

    This compressor used 208-230 volts usually on a residential set up. It is the most important and expensive component of the a/c and heating.

  • Compressor 3 Phase

    This compressor is used on commercial units and is the most important and expensive component of the unit.

  • Evap Coils

    Evaporator coil is the component where the ducts are connected, and refrigerant makes the cooling and heating. Along with condensation water gets produced in AC mode.
